About the function
As a multilingual Recruiter, you play a crucial role in our team by helping to find and place the right professionals with our clients. You are a true networker who enjoys connecting with international employees and has an eye for the perfect match.
What we offer
- Recruiting and selecting candidates for various roles, primarily within the international labor market;
- Managing and expanding our network of Polish or Romanian candidates;
- Guiding recruitment procedures and conducting intake interviews;
- Handling administrative tasks related to placements, such as maintaining candidate files;
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates and supporting them with questions about their job and contract;
- Proactively contributing to the optimization of our recruitment processes.

What we need
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar role;
- Fluent in Polish or Romanian, both spoken and written;
- Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus);
- Strong in building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients;
- Able to work independently, proactive, and results-oriented;
- Experience with recruitment tools and systems (experience with Helloflex, Plan4Flex, and RecruitNow is a plus);
- Driver's license (Category B) and willing to work at our location in Nijmegen;
- Available for 32 – 40 hours per week.
