About the function
As a Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with Account Managers, Planning, Back Office, and Facility teams, playing a crucial role in the recruitment process. You ensure the right candidates are selected and forwarded to the Account Manager for placement with our clients. Additionally, you lead the recruitment department (3-5 team members) and report to your supervisor.
As a Recruitment Manager, you are not only responsible for your own tasks but also for monitoring the quality and progress of the recruitment process within the team. You act as a point of contact for your fellow recruiters and ensure all processes run smoothly.
Your main responsibilities:
- Actively recruiting and selecting candidates through various channels.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
- Coordinating and forwarding suitable candidates to the Account Manager for placement.
- Maintaining and expanding the candidate and client database.
- Leading the recruitment department (3-5 team members) and overseeing the team's activities.
- Developing and executing recruitment plans.
- Analyzing the labor market to identify trends and opportunities.
- Managing and improving internal recruitment processes.
- Working closely with Planning, Back Office, and Facility teams to ensure a streamlined process.

What we need
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented and organizationally strong.
- Proficiency in English and Polish; other languages are a plus (Dutch is a significant advantage).
- Experience with Plan4Flex and HelloFlex is a major asset.
- Experience in coordinating or managing a team is a plus.
- Flexible and resilient under pressure.
- Available for 40 hours per week.
